UPDATE:The Noisy Upstairs People

I had hoped that the moving truck outside our flats meant the noisy people upstairs would be leaving. A casually nonchalant stroll to the 3rd floor confirmed my hopes.

However, several weeks later, the noises are stil there! Turns out there's currently NO ONE above us and that the 3rd floor people probably moved because of the people above THEM! AHHH! What a 'mare!
