Tennoji Zoo (J)

I spent Sunday at Tennoji Zoo with Mai and Kaori. It was my first time there. The larger animals like the polar bear and tiger acted a bit stressed in their surroundings, but my people--the monkeys--seemed to be making the most of their situation. I have to say, it was most enjoyable watching them.

Photos to come soon. There was one monkey sitting right up against the cage bars, with its limbs dangling through, watching the people watching him. It had this expression on his face which Mai captured perfectly with her comment: "It looks like he's saying, 'Hmm, today's babe count is a little low..'"

There was also a koala with the HUGEST arse I've ever seen on a cuddly creature..

日曜日にマイとカオリと天王寺動物園で過ごした。初めてだった。白熊やトラのような大型の動物はちょっとストレスたまっていそうだったが、私の兄弟--猿たち--は現在の状態を楽しんでいたようだ。一番楽しいのは猿さんだった。

写真できたらアップする。一匹の猿はおりの最前部に座って、足と腕がブラブラしているままで人間ウォッチングしていた。「今日は美人すぐないね～」のような表情していた！超おもろかった！（マイのコメントだった）

ものすごくでっかいおしりをもっているコアラも居た。今までそんなにでっかいおしりを見たことはなかった。
