Otokomae Tofu

Otokomae tofu is a clever tofu company, who not only make delicious tofu, but they have turned it into a wickedly COOL product. Now they're aiming to make it big in the U.S.

Of late, I've been powering through their range, and today's tofu was a huge packet. It was cleverly designed, wrapped in a cheesecloth-like material (which unfortunately crumbled into nothingness when I tried to wash it so I could reuse it for straining yoghurt). It was also put in a tray such that when you turn it upside down for shipping, the tofu is nicely moistened, but when you turn the tray the right way up, all the water gets sieved out. NICE DESIGN.
