Sex & The City

So I've FINALLY caught up with all remaining Sex episodes. I had forgotten how cleverly written the show was, and how it was one of the few comedies that made me laugh out LOUD.

The final two episodes were a bit meh though. Carrie got kind of irritating.

I cried. But I always cry.

So, having done a marathon viewing of seasons 5 and 6 in around two weeks, what I have gathered from Sex is this:

If you have the looks, you don't have the shoes.

If you have the shoes, you don't have the man.

If you have the man, you can't have the marriage.

If you have the marriage, you don't have the plumbing for the baby.

If you have the baby, you don't have a big enough house.

... and so the list goes on.

I know women are picky and demanding, but it was a bit frightening to see it summed up so succinctly.

Obviously it doesn't reflect all the women in the world.. But it made me wonder if I have any friends who are like the Sex girls...

And y'know what, I don't think I do...
