Shimokitazawa is like a Cuba Street. Funky, studenty, chilled, indie.. Unfortunately, also like a Cuba Street, it is set to DISAPPEAR to make way for some awful highway development. SO SAD! I hope it doesn't happen!
THIS GUY is a Shimokitazawa local. He is fabulous. And famous. Check out the Manga Reader who hangs out round these parts. He basically acts out the manga. I saw him last night..
