The News
I read today that a Japan Rail worker threw himself in front of a bullet train a few days ago. He left a suicide note on the platform.
His suicide caused trains to be delayed for up to 3 hours, and affected around 30,000 passengers.
What's a bit ironic is that he worked for Japan Rail's Public Relations division.
In other news, I was surveying a magazine cover and noted its largest headline:
The Day When Eel Is No Longer Available
This caused mild panic in me, because I quite like my eel. Eel is a popular summer dish, because it's said to cool the body. The convenience stores are already putting signs out to let customers know when their eel dishes will start.
That is all.
